The Blue Springs Historical Society is proud to announce that we are celebrating our 50th Anniversary in 2026! For five decades, our organization has worked to preserve, protect, and share the rich history of Blue Springs—and now, we invite you to help us mark this exciting milestone.
Throughout 2026, we will host a series of special fundraisers and events to honor our community’s heritage, celebrate our progress, and engage residents and visitors alike in local history. As an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our friends, neighbors, and local businesses to continue this important work. We are seeking sponsors to support this year-long celebration and the ongoing preservation of the historic sites entrusted to our care.
In appreciation for your sponsorship, your business will receive recognition at each of our anniversary fundraisers and events from April through December 2026. Below you’ll find our printable sponsorship flyer, detailing the available sponsorship levels and the benefits associated with each. Your investment not only promotes your business but also helps preserve three of Blue Springs’ most treasured landmarks: the 1906 Dillingham-Lewis House Museum, the historic Chicago & Alton Hotel, and the Chicago & Alton Depot Museum.
We are the only independent historical society in Missouri serving a community with a population between 50,000 and 100,000—that supports multiple historic buildings. Our funding comes entirely through the generosity of local businesses, individuals, grants, memberships, and fundraising activities. Your support will directly benefit the care and maintenance of these irreplaceable sites.
